Richard graduated from Chemical-technological University, Charles University of Law and the post-graduate course at the University of Birmingham in Great Britain. He held managerial positions in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, gained experience abroad and was a partner of Bubník & Myslil and Čermák Hořejš Myslil a spol. He is now a managing partner at Bubník Myslil & Partners and specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Legal Audit, Real Estate, Litigation and Arbitration procedures. He is the attorney at law and arbitrator of the Economic Chamber Court of Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of Czech Republic.
