Managers, professionals needing to speak in public, sales personnel, press spokespersons, assistants and secretaries, members of project teams, production trainers, auditors.

Objectives:

To provide basic information on how to communicate, with a focus on good communication skills. Cultivating self-improvement. Discovering one's potential in relation to personality, age, gender, position, education, appearance and current tasks.

COMMUNICATION and communication training

Body language – basic rules and proper interpretation
Spheres of awareness
Gesture and voice, closed, open and ambivalent gestures
Choice of language register, interaction
Rhythm, intonation, accent

PRESENTATION and presentation training

Working with time, types of presentations, feedback
Argumentation and collaboration in finding solutions
Speaker: physical and mental preparation, condition, stage fright
The cycle of permanent improvement
