Popis veřejného kurzu Bridge Qualification: ITIL V2 Managers to ITIL V3 Diploma

Popis kurzu

This course provides a management-level update on ITIL V3. It covers those things that are new at ITIL V3 and those things that have significantly changed since ITIL V2. It will prepare students for the ITIL V2 Managers to ITIL V3 Diploma examination – and successful candidates will be awarded the new ITIL V3 Diploma.
Price of exam is included in the price of the course. Exam is organized at 5th day at 10 am.

Při neúspěšném složení zkoušky lze zkoušku opakovat při následujícím termínu konání kurzu. Cena samostatné zkoušky je 4 305 Kč / 4 JTP.
When you do not pass the exam, it is possible to repeat it in the next course term. The price of the exam itself is 4 305 CZK / 4 JTP.

Note: Removal of version2 will complete on 30 June 2011. The ITIL v2->v3 Manager Bridge support and education will cease on 30 June 2011.

Holders of an existing Manager’s certificate in IT Service Management, who wish to update their skills and knowledge to ITIL V3, and obtain the ITIL Diploma

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to:

Gain a good management-level understanding of the ITIL V3, including all aspects of the ITSM lifecycle.
Gain the knowledge necessary to prepare for the “ITIL V2 Managers to ITIL V3 Diploma” examination from EXIN, ISEB or APM Group.
