The aim of the anniversary 10th international symposium is to make the wide public acquainted in a traditional form with the newest knowledge, related to bridge structures in road communications and railroads of the Czech Republic and abroad. At the opportunity of the 10th anniversary of the bridge symposium organisation in Brno, the organisers are going to put stress on festive character of the symposium in consideration of the fact that “bridges and transport infrastructure constructions” will be the main topic of the 10th International Building Fair. As well as in previous years, there will be appreciated presentations and participation of all those, who mind the bridge problems and have something to say about them

Further Information

• Participation fee including the proceedings, address book of participating firms and lunches, the party and free entry ticket to the IBF Fair will be approximately 5.000 CZK (160 EUR) per person. The exact specification and method of payment will be stated in the definite invitation form to be received by those registered by 20 March 2005.
• Accommodation – it is booked in the Voroněž Hotel (approximate price 4.500,- CZK per night) and in the SANTON Hotel in Brno dam (approximate price 1.500,- CZK per night).
• The address book of the participating firms and a list of their activities in bridge constructions will be available to participants at the registration desk.
• Publication of a lecture in the proceedings is conditioned by placement of a preliminary registration form or a registration form for company participation. No remuneration will be paid for the lectures.
• The languages of the symposium will be Czech, Slovak, German, English.
• 4th Ball of Bridge Experts (singing Pavel Novák) will be held in the Kozák Hotel in Brno on 29. 1. 2005. Those interested in entry tickets (for the price of CZK 450) may order them from the symposium secretariat by 31. 12. 2004 at the latest. They will receive the entry tickets and further information in their addresses by 15. 1. 2005.
